Check-ins before 06:00 will incur a full night’s charge.

Late check-out until 18:00 is treated as 50% additional charge of the room rate
Check-outs after 18:00 will incur a full night’s charge.

• 0–6 years: free of charge
• 7–12 years: 3.000 AMD per night
Extra Guest Policy
• 0–6 years: free of charge
• 7–12 years: 3.000 AMD per night
• 12 years +: 7,000 AMD per night
* All guest rooms are non-smoking; however, balcony rooms are available for guests who wish to smoke.
Smoking inside the rooms will incur a penalty fee of 70,000 AMD.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, will incur a one-night penalty.
Group Bookings
Reservations of 3 rooms or more are considered group bookings.
Group reservations may be canceled or modified up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, will incur a one-night penalty.
